Let us help you prepare for life as a mother or father. We offer parenting classes through our Earn While You Learn program. You don’t have to be a first-time parent to benefit. Everyone that comes to us can participate in this program.
Pregnancy and Parenting can be a scary time for new moms. These amazing lessons will help our moms and dads know what to expect each stage of the way including their doctor visits developmental milestones, and labor and delivery. But, these lessons go far beyond that. You will learn how to bond with your unborn baby, teach you how to great mothers and fathers, cover the basic but important subjects such as eating for two and infant nutrition. The lessons don’t stop there. Also included are vitally important lessons on infant CPR, SIDS, and how to prevent child sexual abuse. We will help you get thru pregnancy and beyond.
We have custom lesson plans in the areas of:
- Postpartum to 1 Year
- Fathers Program
- Personal Finance
The lessons are made to have real and lasting impact on our clients. Our goal is to give you the tools and resources that will make an impact for now to eternity. The lessons include discussion questions and DVD’s to grow relationships and create opportunity for growth.
What you can earn:
Maternity and Baby supplies are free of charge to program participants. These items include:

- Other Baby Items
Our “Earn While You Learn” program works because it empowers both the clients and the volunteers. The volunteers are able to create relationships, impart wisdom, provide for needs, and make a lifelong impact on the clients. This success in the volunteer/client relationship creates volunteers who know that their work is important and understand that they are making a difference.
Earn While You Learn works with clients because the successes they achieve in both the program and in their personal lives when they apply the lessons gives them a sense of accomplishment. Earl While You Learn is not a program to clients; it is an important tool for them as well as an opportunity to spend time with someone who cares for them. The skills they learn and the relationships they develop make the time spent both valuable and important in their lives.
