Walk ups are welcome at any mobile unit location; however, you can also call the Mobile unit line 352.697.2824 or our office 352.344.3030 to make an appointment.

FREE & CONFIDENTIAL SERVICES

  • Pregnancy test and confirmation given onsite
  • Ultrasound is not guaranteed same day but can be scheduled after your pregnancy confirmation
  • STD/STI Testing for men and women, results in 3 to 5 days
  • Community referrals
  • Medicaid application assistance and processing
  • Bring a Photo ID to your appointment.
  • If you must bring children to your appointment, please bring along a friend or relative to monitor them.
