FREE & CONFIDENTIAL SERVICES
- Pregnancy test and confirmation given onsite
- Ultrasound is not guaranteed same day but can be scheduled after your pregnancy confirmation
- STD/STI Testing for men and women, results in 3 to 5 days
- Community referrals
- Medicaid application assistance and processing
- Bring a Photo ID to your appointment
- If you must bring children to your appointment, please bring along a friend or relative to monitor them
